Your Marketing Hub

Your Marketing Hub is an all in one CRM system which is included in the Basic, Growth and Complete Agent Marketer packages. Stand alone subscriptions are available for the software, which are £250+VAT.

For all users, optional additional features are as follows and will require a billing card to be added to the system: $15 monthly for WhatsApp, $10 for 2000 emails to be verified, phone numbers can be purchased cost dependent on each numbers, making calls $0.028/min, receiving calls $0.017/min, text messages $0.0079/segment. Premium workflow triggers and actions (required for Letty Chatbot) $10 for 500 actions.

Emails sent out of the system cost $10 for 7145 emails.

You own the data that is in Your Marketing Hub, and this can be exported into CSV files at any given point.

Support is provided via online database of tutorial videos, Knowledge Base (which is a series of how to guides), and those on Growth and Complete packages with Agent Marketer have access to a live chat support, available by clicking the logo on the bottom right hand side of the screen.  

Basic Package

Online advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube. The coverage on the different advertising platforms, is dependent on ad budget you as the client wants to spend and the suitability of the campaign for that platform. Ad creatives and written copy are created by us.

Multiple campaigns can be run in this package, targeting different avatars or different locations.

All ad creatives and written copy are created by us for advertising campaigns.  

Growth Package

Online advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube. The coverage on the different advertising platforms, is dependent on ad budget you as the client want to spend and the suitability of the campaign for that platform.

Multiple campaigns can be run in this package, targeting different avatars or different locations.

Omnipresence can be created by campaigns launched across the multiple platforms in a carefully constructed way to be seen across the platforms. This will need additional ad spend.

Retargeting campaigns can be used here to retarget those who have interacted with your Facebook, Instagram pages, as well as watched % of videos etc. This campaign type does require additional ad spend.

Email marketing nurture campaigns are set up to target specific avatars that you have been advertising to. This includes 1 email sent out weekly to each avatar type.  

Complete Package

Social media content will be created for the avatars you are advertising to, and 2 posts will be scheduled each week onto the pages that are connected in the Social Media section in Your Marketing Hub.  

Video Production Session- Additional Bolt On Service

Video production session will take place at Unit 7 Newton Court, Pendeford Business Park, Wolverhampton WV9 5HB. They will take place after payment for the session and will be from 2.30-4.30pm.

Prior to the session, a pre production Zoom call will take place, this will set out what is expected from you as the client and us. Checklists and templates will be provided, and guidance will be given for scripts. Scripts will need to be provided to us 2 weeks prior to the session day.

The session includes 4 videos to be filmed and edited, 1 of which can be landing page video. The other 3 can be ads or short form content videos. Any additional videos that you as the client want to be filmed, will require an additional cost for editing.  


Letty AI Chat Bot

Letty Chatbot is designed to engage with Your leads, automate interactions, and assist in scheduling calls between You and Your potential clients. The Service includes the setup, and integration with Your existing system on Your Marketer Hub. We may update or modify the Service at any time to improve performance or functionality.  

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date business information necessary for the chatbot’s operation, including content for lead engagement and scheduling. You must ensure that any use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations such as the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from Your leads to collect and process their data using the chatbot, which may include updating your Privacy Policy.  

We will handle any personal data processed by the chatbot in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that You have the right to collect and process any personal data collected through the chatbot. We take reasonable steps to protect the security of the chatbot, but You acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You agree to notify Us immediately if You become aware of any breach or unauthorised use of the Service.  

The chatbot software, platform, and any related materials are and remain the property of Agent Marketer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for Your business purposes. You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the software.  

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. Our total liability under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by You for the ChatBot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Setup Fees

All services are subject to a setup fee which is non-refundable once any onboarding or setup process has commenced. All setup fees must be paid prior to any onboarding or setup process.

Payment Terms

Payments for all services are required in advance, and are due on the date stated on the invoice. Failure to make payment will result in services being turned off/restricted until accounts are up to date.

Agent Marketer services packages are subject to a 12 month contract. Packages can be upgraded at any point during the contract.
